Carpet Cleaning
Major carpet manufacturers
recommend hot water extraction (steam cleaning) for the best possible cleaning results. Knowing the right cleaning solution, water temperature and extraction techniques comes
with experience and allows me to do what’s best for the customer in each cleaning situation.
Stretching
I’ve stretched hundreds of carpets across the Wasatch Front
keeping them safer and lasting longer. As shown
above, the use of a power stretcher is a must to properly install or stretch existing carpets to
remove wrinkles.
Repair
Experienced carpet repair, restores damaged areas such as
burns, tears, weak seams, and permanent discolorations without the need for full carpet
Tile And Grout
Often neglected and
soiled tile surfaces can be brightened and renew the grout color back to new or near new
appearance. Sealing the grout is recommended.
Specialty Stains
Proper removal of stains and odor that normally will not
be removed by carpet cleaning alone require additional specialty chemicals and techniques.

Difficult Stains
Not all urine contamination can be treated successfully. Though many times urine stains and odors can be
completely removed, sometimes the best solution is replacement. A thorough inspection is required
before recommending or starting a treatment protocol.
ABOUT US
I am a fully Trained and Certified Master Textile Technician with 30+ years in the industry. I was
instrumental in the startup of two national carpet cleaning companies, Venturi Technologies and
Zerorez. Disgruntled with the service direction of those companies I resigned my position and
started my own carpet cleaning service company where I could control every aspect of service
since 2010. I am a single truck owner-operator, with complete control over my service schedule
and quality. I’ve built my business on the principle of doing what’s right for the customer every
time. I understand that consumers want to deal with top shelf companies and are willing to pay a
fair price for exceptional service. My focus on every job is, “What will solve the problem this
customer called me out to solve?” From that perspective I proceed toward the solution, with
their best interest at heart. This is how I have built high levels of repeat and referral business. I
welcome new customers to experience this level of service as well.

Estimating Services
Most estimates can be calculated over the phone using simple service rates.
On site estimates may be necessary for specialty work including urine
treatment, stretching and repair, specialty stain removal, etc. I try to have an accurate total before each job starts.
Get The Job Done
I provide ETAs for the job and try to arrive as close as possible to the targeted
arrival time. I will walk the project with you, make a list of the service(s)
needed and provide an agreed upon quote before starting. If there are
questions that arise, we can address them during the service.
