I am a fully Trained and Certified Master Textile Technician with 30+ years in the industry. I was instrumental in the startup of two national carpet cleaning companies, Venturi Technologies and Zerorez. Disgruntled with the service direction of those companies I resigned my position and started my own carpet cleaning service company where I could control every aspect of service since 2010. I am a single truck owner-operator, with complete control over my service schedule and quality. I’ve built my business on the principle of doing what’s right for the customer every time. I understand that consumers want to deal with top shelf companies and are willing to pay a fair price for exceptional service. My focus on every job is, “What will solve the problem this customer called me out to solve?” From that perspective I proceed toward the solution, with their best interest at heart. This is how I have built high levels of repeat and referral business. I welcome new customers to experience this level of service as well.
