We had them clean our carpets for the first time this week. It was in an apartment that hadn't been done for 2 1/2 years. We really thought the carpets would need to be replaced. It was so amazing how clean they were, practically new. We also had an area done that former cleaners did a bad job on. So clean and nice. The price was good and they notified us that they would be later than scheduled because of other job going over. We will definitely call them again!

I was very happy with the carpet cleaning that Utah Carpets Plus did for us. They came when they said they were coming and finished in a timely manner. Joel was very knowledgeable and even fixed some problems we had with the carpets in a couple of rooms. The carpets looked great when they were finished. Carpets Plus did a fantastic job. They were responsive to changes in plans (last minute, we had to do our job in two halves rather than in one big job) and very efficient. They let us see how the cleaning worked in process and made our old, decrepit-looking carpets look brand new. They even got out a huge grey-black stain that has been in our carpet since before we moved. Other perks: no chemical smells lingering in the house and a quick drying time!
